Privacy Policy

Draft boilerplate shaped around Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), not reviewed by a lawyer or a Data Protection Officer. Review before treating this as an actual compliance statement — see docs/roadmap.md.

1. What we collect

Favorited cameras and, once available, saved credit cardsare stored only in your browser's local storage on your device — they are not sent to or stored on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.

We also collect aggregate, non-identifying usage analytics (pages viewed, approximate traffic volume) via Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.

2. Cookies

This app does not currently set first-party tracking cookies. If a display-ad network is enabled in future (see app/AdSlot.tsx), that network may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy — this page will be updated before that happens.

3. Third-party data sources

Traffic and congestion data is sourced from Singapore's LTA DataMall. No personal data is exchanged with LTA as part of that integration.

4. Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Since favorites/saved cards live in your own browser storage, you can clear these yourself at any time via your browser settings.
