Traffic camera images, congestion estimates, and Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) information shown in this app are sourced from Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) DataMall and other third-party sources, and are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
2. No liability
The developers of GoSG are not liable for any inaccuracies in the data displayed, routing or timing errors, missed ERP charges, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including traffic violations, delays, or accidents) arising from use of or reliance on this app. Always exercise your own judgment and follow official road signage and traffic regulations.
3. Acceptable use
Do not operate this app while driving. Do not use this app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
